Information stored on your device

Pet profiles, literal care routines, typed contacts, stay dates and timezones, household details, selected photo originals and thumbnails, review records and prepared packets are stored locally. The app has no account, advertising, developer analytics, tracking SDK or developer-operated sync service.

Selected photos

The system picker supplies only photos you select. The app does not request broad photo-library, contacts, camera or location access. Originals are retained in your local library and full backups. Derived packet imagery is re-encoded without unnecessary source-photo metadata.

Packets and full backups are different

You choose what to include in each packet. Household details and photos start excluded. Notes and selected images can still contain personal information; review their content. Sharing uses the system share sheet under your control. Recipients and chosen services handle exported files under their own terms.

A complete backup contains private household details, original photos, drafts, reviews and archived output. Keep it private. Device backups may also contain app data according to your Apple settings; that is separate from developer-operated cloud sync. Deleting local records cannot delete already-exported files or others' copies.

Purchases and support

Apple handles the paid app download and its payment information. There are no in-app purchases. If you email support, we receive the email address and content you voluntarily send and use them to address your request. Avoid sending door codes, full backups or private pet-care records unless needed and deliberately chosen.

This website

This static website uses Netlify hosting. Netlify may process IP addresses and technical request logs to deliver and secure the site. We add no analytics scripts, tracking pixels, forms or remote fonts. See Netlify's privacy policy.

Your choices

Edit and delete local records in the app. Export a backup before reinstalling or deleting your library. A deletion can be undone until the next saved library change or app closure; persistent recovery files are sanitized when deleting. Contact support for questions about email correspondence.
